Flex is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a core product area within its platform. You will partner with a lean engineering team to translate complex operational challenges into scalable solutions, balancing speed with long-term platform health.

The role is open to USA remote work, with EST hours and travel to offices as needed. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience at scale.
• Strong understanding of 2-sided marketplace operations and gig worker platforms.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into actionable specs using data-driven insights.
• Experience working with service-oriented architectures, APIs, and data-driven systems.

• Define and drive the roadmap for your product area, aligning with growth goals.
• Collaborate with a senior engineering team to translate requirements into clear specs.
• Build tight feedback loops with operations and support to reduce friction and churn.
• Define metrics and drive data-driven iteration to improve product performance.
