Job summary

TrueML, a mission-driven financial software company, seeks a Product Manager to own mission-critical systems in a remote-first setup. You will lead the team that keeps legacy platforms running, while guiding improvements for client outcomes and revenue impact.

You’ll collaborate with domain teams, Client Success, Operations, and Compliance to accurately translate needs into technically feasible changes, ensuring regulatory alignment and successful migrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management with a track record of shipping revenue-generating features.
• Strong with clients and senior stakeholders; clear, precise written and verbal communication.
• Team leadership to set direction, unblock teammates, and own results.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog, priorities, and health of key products; lead dedicated engineering capacity.
• Engage with clients, Client Success, Operations, and Compliance to understand real needs.
• Communicate plans and changes to domain teams; maintain regular collaboration.
• Triage escalations, partner with Legal and Compliance to meet FDCPA, Reg F, and TCPA.
• Define migration plans and ensure operations have runbooks, training, and metrics.
