Docker, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a strategic product area from concept to delivery and operation.

You will collaborate with developers, customers, and partners to expand the ecosystem, shape the roadmap, and drive measurable outcomes across a cross-functional team. You will need hands-on experience with developer tools, AI agent orchestration, and a bias for action in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Deep empathy for developers and active user research.
• Experience building AI agents at scale and handling related challenges.
• Comfort with command-line interfaces and developer workflows.
• Background in B2B SaaS or public cloud environments.
• Understanding of software supply chain and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product area, long-term vision, roadmap, revenue, and results.
• Identify customer pain points and articulate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver scalable, future-facing solutions.
• Design usable products with strong UX instincts and adoption in mind.
• Guide definition, prioritization, and scope with cross-functional teams.
• Iterate roadmap by learning from customer feedback and releases.
