Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will drive a cohesive vision, partner with engineering, design, and operations, and deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

This senior role requires strong strategic thinking, user empathy, and technical fluency. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, measure ROI, and guide product lifecycle from ideation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
10+ years of product management experience in tech/SaaS.
Proven track record from concept to launch.
Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
Identify customer pain points through research and feedback.
Prioritize features and manage product roadmaps.
Translate needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to launch products.
Define KPIs and track ROI to inform decisions.
Lead or partner with other PMs when scope warrants it.
