Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across divisions such as Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will drive end-to-end product initiatives, mentoring PMs and partnering with engineering, design, operations, data/analytics, and commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business field
10+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology or SaaS
Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch
Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Familiarity with modern PM tools and practices

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with goals
Conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities
Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing customer value and technical feasibility
Translate needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to drive launches
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform decisions
Partner on go-to-market plans with marketing and sales
