Job summary

One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead strategic, multi-vertical platform initiatives across our care coordination portfolio, driving measurable enterprise value and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with engineering, design, operations, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycles, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and time-to-impact while advancing a remote-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business;10+ years in product management.
• Proven track record managing products from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision and strategy aligned with goals and KPIs.
• Understand customer needs via research and data analysis.
• Prioritize features and maintain roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own delivery and drive updates, manage blockers and ceremonies.
• Define KPIs to measure impact and inform decisions.
• Go-to-market planning with marketing and sales.
• Oversee lifecycle from ideation to sunset when needed.
• Champion user experience and rapid prototyping feedback.
