Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Principal Product Manager for product development platforms. You will own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-first platforms that support product planning, delivery, and knowledge sharing. Partner with product and engineering to retire or evolve tools.

Lead with AI-native practices, mentor PMs, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring security and governance. This role is remote in the U.S. and offers equity alongside base compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with technical products (platforms, internal tools, enterprise software).
• Own end-to-end platform strategy, roadmap, adoption, and renewal.
• Experience with AI-building tools and prototyping to improve product development.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for product development platforms and builder tools.
• Own portfolio strategy, roadmap, and execution for core platforms (e.g., Replit, Atlassian, Airtable).
• Define adoption, value metrics, and documentation to scale self-service support.
