Zillow Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager on the Seller team to build an AI-native seller experience across web and mobile, guiding homeowners from first engagement to decision to sell.

This high-ambition role involves shaping strategy, growing the audience, designing convertive experiences, and defining metrics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business Admin, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in product management with a track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products.
• Experience building and shipping products across web and native mobile (iOS and Android).
• Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered products, or strong curiosity about how they work.

Responsabilités

• Shape and deliver the product strategy for an AI-native seller experience across web and mobile, from first engagement through the decision to sell.
• Grow the audience of homeowners and likely sellers, and design experiences that convert early intent into repeat engagement and long-term relationships.
• Make sure sellers are connected to the right selling products and services at the moment they're ready to act.
• Define success metrics for conversational and AI-driven experiences, including how to measure quality, engagement, and progress toward a selling decision.
• Prototype quickly, including with AI tools, to test ideas with customers and align the team before committing to build.
• Turn data and customer insights into clear priorities, and challenge assumptions in a fast-moving environment.
• Communicate strategy, plans, and results to senior leaders through clear, compelling storytelling.
• Contribute to the broader seller strategy as a thought leader on the team.
