Job summary

Capital One's Navigator Platform is expanding, and the Empower Dealer Success (EDS) team seeks a Principal Ops Coordinator to drive resolutions, Dealer Navigator and product support, and billing across channels.

Responsibilities include end-to-end billing and support, vendor relationships, workload management, and process improvement to enhance dealer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end billing support.
• Provide end-to-end Dealer Navigator and product support via Call/Chat Center.
• Follow resources and processes for onboarding and servicing across cases.
• Build relationships with EDS vendors and inventory partners.
• Manage daily workload with effective time management.
• Investigate issues, detect defects and improve customer satisfaction.
