Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Support & Resolution Principal Ops Coordinator within the Empower Dealer Success Team, working from home, to execute end-to-end billing, dealer navigator support, and proactive product assistance for Capital One's dealer partners.

In this role you will collaborate across product teams, manage daily workload, resolve issues, and ensure service quality through effective communication, process discipline, and continuous knowledge improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• 1 year of experience using Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end billing support.
• Provide dealer Navigator and product support via call/chat with inbound and outbound contacts.
• Utilize resources and SOPs to onboard and service cases efficiently.
• Establish and maintain relationships with EDS vendors and partners.
• Manage daily workload with effective time management and prioritization.
• Investigate issues, identify defects, and escalate appropriately when needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers, sales teams, and vendors.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation updates.
• Support adherence to departmental standards and improve processes.
