Job summary

Rocket Software in the United States is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer to lead Mainframe Modernization delivery and architect complex technical solutions. You will guide projects end-to-end, from design to pilots, and present results to customers and internal teams.

Strong experience in mainframe tools, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices is required, along with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant technical experience in IT projects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to resolve defects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to customers (75%) and lead technical delivery.
• Design, implement and pilot technical solutions for modernization.
• Lead delivery architecture and coordinate resources with PM.
• Present technical results and conduct trainings for teams.
