Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer to lead the delivery of mainframe modernization projects in the USA. You will guide architecture, design, and implementation of technical solutions for customers and partners.

You will create proofs of concept, present technical guidance, and drive project success while coordinating with PMs and teams to meet scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex IT project implementations, customizations or maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery and communicate with customers.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to customers (75%).
• Lead technical solution implementation for projects.
• Create proofs of concept and perform value analysis and pilots.
• Conduct external and internal technical presentations/trainings.
• Coordinate with PM on scope changes and resources.
