Job summary

JLL seeks an experienced Managed Principal Integrator to lead front-end integration across Bay Area and Americas portfolios. You will screen capital expenditure plans, develop ROM baselines and target schedules, and perform commercial vetting to safeguard margins before Task Order authorization.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12+ years in CRE, turnkey models, and strong executive presentation skills, with multi-regional delivery experience and proficiency in e-Builder, P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction related field or business.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, PM, cost estimating, or capital planning.
• Deep understanding of Managed Principal / Turnkey procurement models.
• ROM cost modeling and commercial feasibility analysis.
• Proven ability to manage risk assessment and profit margin analysis on complex capital projects.
• Strong executive presentation skills to influence senior leaders.
• Experience operating across multi-regional portfolios with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Screen capital expenditure plans across the Bay Area and Americas during preliminary project intake.
• Identify projects suitable for Managed Principal delivery based on complexity and schedule.
• Estimate resources to develop ROM baselines, early pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Perform financial and commercial reviews to ensure margin targets, fees, Subguard, and escrow requirements.
• Maintain MP intake, screening, and commercial evaluation workflows regionally.
• Educate executives on strategic value and risk mitigation of MP turnkey framework.
