Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior Project Development Services and Sales & Solutions Development leader to design and implement comprehensive project and program management for design and construction initiatives across global geographies. You will influence strategy, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and develop ROI-focused proposals in a multinational setting.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial construction and PM, 5+ years in corporate real estate, and an executive-level communicator.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years experience in Commercial Construction and Project Management.
5+ years experience in Corporate Real Estate.
Expert knowledge of commercial and pricing frameworks in construction and PM.
Expert communicator at C-suite level.
Experience in sales processes and value proposition articulation.
Adaptable, quick-thinking problem-solver with entrepreneurial drive.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Tech-savvy with business analytics knowledge.
Experience in global, matrix environments.

Responsibilities

Supports the PDS Sales and Solutions Development Teams.
Implements end-to-end pursuit and proposal management strategies with high quality.
Develops project and program management solutions for design and construction initiatives.
Creates and pitches sales proposals for PM methodologies in construction.
Adapts strategies to regional construction practices and regulations.
Applies market research to inform solution development.
Collaborates with global teams for consistent yet locally relevant delivery.
Develops KPIs and metrics to measure management success.
Facilitates workshops with clients to identify pain points.
Develops ROI analyses and business case materials.
Advises on change management to improve client practices.
Stays updated on construction technologies and integrates them.
Manages complex stakeholder relationships in multinational initiatives.
Creates frameworks for risk management and quality assurance.
Advises on governance structures for large programs across regions.
Develops frameworks for benefits realization and value management.
