JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex tenant improvement projects in commercial offices. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, PMP or equivalent, 7+ years in project management in CRE, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. On-site in Menlo Park, CA with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, etc.).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
