Job summary

JLL is seeking a Team Lead to spearhead project efforts across commercial real estate initiatives. You will lead projects, manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for clients.

You will mentor project teams, build strong client relationships, and uphold JLL's culture of collaboration and belonging while ensuring work quality and timely delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management)
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the commercial real estate industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
