Job summary

Carex Consulting Group is seeking a Principal Implementation Lead to own complex, enterprise-level customer implementations for a fast-growing healthtech startup. You will own deployments from discovery through go-live, partnering with executive, clinical, operational, and revenue cycle leaders to translate needs into successful AI-native platform deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise implementation or related customer-facing experience in healthcare technology.
• Significant experience implementing EHRs or similar complex enterprise software.
• Proven ability to own large deployments from kickoff to go-live independently.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and workflows (clinical, scheduling, revenue cycle).
• Experience working with senior customer stakeholders (executive, clinical, IT).
• Comfort leading multiple workstreams and balancing priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans with technical and operational balance.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise customer implementations from discovery to stabilization.
• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for strategic customers and stakeholders.
• Lead complex EHR deployments across multiple locations and workstreams.
• Develop and execute implementation strategies, plans, timelines, and go-live readiness.
• Translate clinical/operational workflows into actionable deployment requirements.
• Drive accountability and deliver against milestones and customer commitments.
• Navigate escalations and keep projects moving forward with strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments.
