• Lead engineering standards with security, scalability, testing, and performance guidelines.
• Mentor engineers through architecture reviews and pair programming.
• Ensure compliance and data security in HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Maintain transparency and adapt to evolving agile environments.
• Support clinician and patient-facing experiences by resolving issues during business hours.
