Job summary

Carex Consulting Group is seeking a Manager, Technical Delivery (Healthtech) to lead technical teams and oversee design, development, and implementation of healthcare technology solutions. This hands-on leadership role balances people management with architecture oversight across multiple client engagements.

You'll drive solution architecture, establish technical standards, and partner with project managers and client delivery leadership to ensure quality, on-time delivery and scalable processes

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology or enterprise consulting.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Epic platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Experience with project governance and release management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment and support across client engagements.
• Lead developers, analysts, and architects; manage workloads and growth.
• Act as technical escalation point and contribute to billable work.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and implementation plans.
• Partner with PMs and delivery leadership to align with timelines and budgets.
• Improve Jira governance and create repeatable delivery processes.
