The position emphasizes customer-facing engineering, hands-on development in Golang/Python/Java, and use of AI tools (RAG, LangChain). Competitive pay with annual compensation in the $180k–$250k range.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying distributed systems at scale.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on with Golang, Python or Java in production.
• Familiarity with AI tools (RAG, LangChain LLM).
