This senior role acts as a strategic talent advisor, shaping executive hires to strengthen leadership, technical depth, and transformation velocity across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, CS, or related field or equivalent.
• 7+ years in progressive recruiting with VP+/C-suite searches.
• Proven track record recruiting executive talent in tech, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital domains.
• Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies and market mapping.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and discretion.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and sourcing channels such as GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches for VP+, SVP, and C-suite roles from strategy to onboarding.
• Build executive talent pipelines across AI, software, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and product leadership.
• Advise senior leaders with market intelligence and hiring recommendations.
• Drive talent density by attracting leaders who raise organizational capability and performance.
• Use structured evaluation methods to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
• Align stakeholders and compensation partners for data-driven hires.
• Improve outcomes through talent analytics and best-practice search methods.
