Qualifications

12+ years of experience in IT strategy, technology finance, or related.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or engineering.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and governance skills.
Knowledge of cloud economics, FinOps, and procurement processes.
Ability to link technology strategy to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define transformation priorities, roadmaps, and investment choices with IT leadership.
Identify AI, automation, analytics opportunities to drive efficiency.
Manage cloud program budgets, forecasts, and governance with clear variance explanations.
Coordinate professional-services funding and governance reviews.
Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio reporting for executives.
Lead cross-functional follow-through on priorities and risk management.
Provide cloud-spend analysis across AWS, Microsoft, and Google.
