Job summary

Fullsight, serving SAE ITC, SAE International, and PRI, is seeking a Principal Engineer to provide engineering management for standards and technical report development. You will facilitate working groups, plan technical meetings, and oversee task execution across cross-functional teams in a global, remote-enabled environment.

The role emphasizes proposal development for SOWs, alignment with industry guidance, and driving continuous improvement in processes and outputs.

Qualifications

• 6 years’ experience in automotive or automated vehicle engineering, project management, or technical management roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with writing and presentation abilities.
• Ability to organize, handle multiple assignments, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals for statements of work for new and revised standards and technical reports.
• Support projects, plan goals, and integrate technical activities across groups.
• Coordinate industry guidance, standards, and reports with subcommittees and forums.
• Prepare technical meeting reports, agendas, and minutes; lead coordination across teams.
