Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead complex programs across the full software lifecycle, shaping vision and delivering measurable business value for clients. You will serve as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, balance strategic, commercial, technical and delivery priorities, and drive outcomes with a focus on delivery excellence.

You will champion delivery methodologies, governance, and risk management, while building long-term client relationships and mentoring teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery programs.
Experience delivering cloud transformation, application modernization and microservices.
Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and release management.
Expertise in Agile and traditional delivery frameworks with best-fit usage.
Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps and Atlassian products; Smartsheet preferred.
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, profitability and performance.
Experience with Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Managed Services engagements.
Strong risk, dependency and governance management.
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead complex programs and interconnected workstreams with clear outcomes and milestones.
Define and evolve delivery methodologies, governance and supporting tools.
Translate strategic goals into executable roadmaps and governance.
Influence C-level stakeholders and steering committees on priorities and investments.
Develop long-term client engagement strategies leveraging delivery experience and market insights.
Act as a trusted adviser balancing client strategy, delivery feasibility and commercial needs.
Define reporting standards ensuring visibility of progress, risks and decisions.
Implement RAID management and anticipate budget or resourcing constraints.
Develop contingency strategies and elevate material risks for action.
Manage program budgets to maximize profitability and maintain transparency.
Maintain knowledge of Ensono Digital products and connect client needs to specialists.
Lead and coordinate proposals and presales responses with insights and mitigations.
Contribute to Delivery Management competency strategy and promote continuous improvement.
Encourage professional development and mentoring across Delivery Management.
Curiosity and openness to innovation with AI-driven approaches to improve delivery.
