Job summary

Ethos is seeking a principal customer success manager to help train the latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks for enterprise accounts.

You will run QBRs and executive business reviews, crafting and refining AI-generated decks across core workflows like quarterly business reviews, renewal business cases, and success plan presentations. This is a fully remote, flexible hours engagement with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training AI-generated presentations and slide decks for enterprise workflows.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations for quarterly business reviews, renewal business cases, adoption and value realization exhibits, executive sponsor updates, and success plan presentations.
