Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years delivering complex enterprise software or cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with stakeholder management.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Deep understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with SIP/voice technologies and omnichannel platforms.
• Ability to design scalable architectures across distributed systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills; Agile experience.
• Excellent communication for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of customer experience solutions; ensure scalable, resilient deployments.
• Drive technical strategy across multi-cloud environments for voice, digital, and AI channels.
• Facilitate customer workshops to align objectives with technical solutions and transformation goals.
• Influence cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
• Define and oversee implementation standards including DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native patterns.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation to protect timelines and satisfaction.
• Mentor technical consultants to strengthen team capability and delivery excellence.
• Optimize system performance with high availability, disaster recovery, and zero-downtime deployment.
