ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist to lead customer engagements, design integrations, and implement AI-enabled solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance required for role.
• At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies.
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow CIS certifications and CAD certification.
• Strong Javascript skills and experience with ServiceNow development tools.
• Ability to lead engagements and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and configure ServiceNow Integrations per best practices.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms.
• Develop integration architectures and high-level diagrams.
• Lead technical engagements and coordinate with other developers.
• Ensure data configuration integrity and resolve system issues.
