Job summary

ServiceNow in the United States (Virginia) seeks a Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist to lead complex integrations, AI-enabled workflows, and customer engagements on the ServiceNow platform. You will design and implement integrations with third-party systems, guide customers on AI deployments, and mentor teams while ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.

Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies.
• Experience guiding customers and stakeholders with options, risks, and trade-offs.
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow CIS certifications and CAD certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms.
• Lead engagements and mentor others on integration architectures.
• Apply best practices for integration processes and data configuration.
• Solve complex issues related to Integrations and AI solutions.
• Coordinate with other developers to ensure platform functionality supports the project.
