Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. seeks a Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist to lead customer engagement on integrations across platforms.

You will design architectures, implement AI-enabled integration solutions, and mentor teammates while ensuring robust data alignment and error resolution. The role requires security clearance, 8+ years in complex integrations, and hands-on experience with REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO, and SaaS tools.

Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance required.
• At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex integrations.
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow CIS certifications.
• Maintain ServiceNow CAD certification.
• Strong Javascript skills with practical experience.
• Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating high level diagrams.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities (Studio IDE, Flow Designer, APIs).
• Up to 30% travel annually.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms.
• Develop integration architectures and development plans.
• Implement ServiceNow AI offerings like Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Task Intelligence.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure integration and platform functionality.
• Follow best practices in integration processes and data management.
• Provide SME guidance to resolve complex ideas and issues.
