Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance required.
• Experience: 8+ years configuring/developing complex integration technologies.
• Ability to influence and consult in a complex customer environment.
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications.
• CAD certification.
• Technical lead on engagements.
• Architect integrations and create high-level diagrams.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities and data management.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with best practices.
• Develop integration development plans and architectures.
• Implement ServiceNow AI offerings for customers (AI, NLU, Virtual Agent).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure platform functionality supports projects.
• Ensure data configurations are consistent and conflicts resolved.
• Lead technical engagements and mentor team members.
• Identify, debug, and advise on system errors or architecture issues.
• Analyze and improve instance configuration for future needs.
