You will drive AI coding agent practices, define guardrails, and oversee scalable, cloud-native platform modernization while mentoring engineers and partnering with risk and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shipping production software in recent years.
• 10+ years of full-stack development and architecture experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Experience with AI coding agents and multi-step workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction across multiple products and platforms, including AI infra and data platforms.
• Drive engineering practices, prompt libraries, and guardrails for AI-generated code.
• Architect integrations and standardize patterns for scalable AI-powered systems.
• Lead one-way-door decisions and mentor engineers to raise the bar across teams.
