Job summary

arrivia is seeking an experienced Agentic Software Engineer III to design, build, and ship features for our travel platform using AI coding agents as core tools. You’ll own delivery from design through production, mentoring junior engineers and shaping how the team uses automation and AI.

You will work on modernizing services, building MCP integrations, and driving quality across distributed cloud-based systems, while balancing speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Experience building web applications and services.
• Strong AI-enabled development experience.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Ship complex features and services for our travel platform.
• Engineer with AI agents in daily workflow.
• Guard code quality and set team standards.
• Modernize the platform with refactoring and cloud-native patterns.
• Automate testing, documentation, and code-review triage.
• Connect MCP integrations to internal tools and data sources.
• Scale distributed architecture across cloud platforms.
• Protect member privacy and data security.
• Drive down technical debt with cross-functional partners.
• Mentor junior engineers in best practices.
