Job summary

arrivia is seeking a Principal Agentic Software Engineer to lead hands-on full-stack development with a customer‑focused, product‑macing mindset. You will drive technical direction, build AI primitives, and guide cross‑team engineering practices at scale.

You will pair technical leadership with hands‑on coding, mentor teams, and shape the roadmap for AI-driven travel and rewards platforms used by millions of users and major brands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on track record shipping software within the last 1–2 years.
• 8–12 years of full‑stack dev and architecture experience.
• Bachelor’s in CS/CE or equivalent experience.
• Strong AI coding agent experience with multi‑step workflows.
• Proficient in at least two of TypeScript/JS, Python, and C#/.NET.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction across multiple products and platforms.
• Architect and build shared AI primitives and infrastructure.
• Lead one‑way‑door decisions and define guardrails.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards.
