Job summary

FullStack is hiring a Principal Agentic Engineer to define the architecture for AI-augmented workflows in Fortune 500 environments. You will be the technical leader, guiding large multi-file systems and coordinating with engineering leadership to defend architectural decisions.

You’ll drive adoption of agentic tooling, coordinate implementation roadmaps, and measure ROI and developer productivity. This role requires deep full-stack expertise and strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience with deep full‑stack architecture knowledge.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer with roadmaps for agentic solutions.
• Fluency with agentic tooling like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Define and defend architectural decisions to CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Lead as a technical consultant shaping agentic workflows for large enterprises.
• Drive ROI and developer productivity metrics (cycle time, lead time).
• Structure codebases and specs for reliable AI output during large-scale projects.
