Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer to lead architectural decisions for AI-enabled workflows across Fortune 500 clients. You will define roadmaps, assess current states, and align engineering leadership on strategic directions that boost productivity and ROI.

You will drive high-impact client engagements, mentor teams, and shape multi-file system implementations with a focus on safe, scalable AI-assisted code generation. This remote role values ownership and clear communication.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of professional software development experience.
Deep understanding of full-stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node, React Native).
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer and ability to define roadmaps for agentic solutions.
Fluency in Agentic Tooling like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

Define roadmaps for implementing agentic solutions across large, multi-file systems.
Assess current engineering states and guide architectural decisions.
Engage with CTOs and VPs of Engineering to defend architectural choices.
Measure ROI and Developer Productivity (cycle/lead time) for projects.
Lead development processes where AI generates code with human-in-the-loop validation.
