Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer to define architecture for AI-enhanced workflows for Fortune 500 clients. You will consult with engineering leadership, shape roadmaps, and drive adoption of agentic tools across large, multi-file systems.

The role is highly strategic, client-facing, and requires deep expertise in full-stack tech stacks, cross-team collaboration, and a results-driven mindset. This is a remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer.
• Proven ability to assess current states and define roadmaps for agentic solutions.
• Fluency with agentic tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Copilot.
• Ability to engage with CTOs and VPs to defend decisions and measure ROI.
