Job summary
FullStack is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer to define the architecture for AI-augmented workflows across large enterprises. You will act as a strategic consultant and technical lead, guiding clients from traditional development to agentic productivity while coordinating complex multi-file systems.

Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack architectures.
- Advanced English is required.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer.
- Fluency in agentic tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot).
Responsibilities
- Define and defend architectural decisions with engineering leadership and clients.
- Lead as a technical advisor for agentic workflows in large enterprises.
- Coordinate implementation across multi-file systems while maintaining human-in-the-loop validation.
- Demonstrate ROI and developer productivity improvements.
