Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer to lead high-impact, client-facing work and define the architecture for agentic workflows across global enterprises. You will serve as a strategic consultant and technical lead, guiding Fortune 500 clients from traditional development to AI-augmented productivity.

The role requires 8–10+ years of experience, a four-year degree, and deep expertise in full-stack architectures and agentic tooling.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full-stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node, React Native, etc.).
• Strong English language skills are required.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer with roadmapping experience.
• Fluency with Agentic Tooling in enterprise settings.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps for agentic solutions across large systems.
• Act as technical lead and strategic consultant for CIOs, VPs of Engineering.
• Defend architectural decisions and measure ROI and developer productivity.
