Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a fully remote Primary Care Physician to join our virtual primary care team. This is a full-time, weekday remote position requiring 40 hours per week and 36 clinical hours, with Mondays and Fridays needed and flexible start times between 7:00 am and 12:30 pm ET.

You will provide ongoing care to established patients via video visits, supporting preventive, sick, and chronic condition management while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active NC or SC medical license (IMLC preferred).
• Experience with virtual visits and EPIC EMR.
• 3+ years post-residency work experience in primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote setting.
• Manage a patient panel as their primary care physician.
• Refer patients to specialists when clinically indicated.
• Support population health initiatives and care coordination.
• Assist patients post-discharge to improve treatment plan understanding.
