Job summary

Devoted Health seeks a Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to lead our virtual primary care model. You will manage a shared patient panel, supervise an Advanced Practice Provider team, and advance AI-enabled care to improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with an interprofessional team, drive quality improvements, and help shape our care delivery model across states. This is a remote-friendly leadership role with scale impact.

Qualifications

• A board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with demonstrated commitment to primary care.
• Experience serving diverse patient populations, with a focus on delivering care that aligns with our mission to treat every member like family.
• You measure and improve the quality of primary care delivery across a population.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Deliver primary care within an interdisciplinary team, leading the Active Care team and managing ACU patients.
• Team Management: Supervise APPs, provide teaching and quality oversight.
• Innovation: Drive AI-enabled care tools and process improvements to enhance primary care delivery.
• Quality Measurement and Oversight: Build quality measures and manage quality for your pod across states.
