Job summary

Novant Health is recruiting a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician for a fully remote, fully employed role partnering with K Health. The physician will maintain an established patient panel, provide comprehensive video-based primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management from home.

Rounds include 40 hours weekly with 36 clinical hours, with Monday and Friday commitments and flexible start times.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience.
• 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting.
• Active NC or SC medical license; IMLC preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventive, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote setting.
• Deliver video-based primary care and build lasting patient relationships.
• Manage a dedicated patient panel as their PCP.
• Refer to specialists or acute care services when needed.
• Support population health initiatives and care coordination.
