Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator (remote) to support Raleigh, NC, with PM scheduling and cross-functional coordination. You will interface with customers, CSEs, and vendors to ensure contract compliance and efficient PM execution.

The role requires at least 1 year of scheduling in a high-volume technical support environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SAP, and strong customer focus. It supports a 24/7 operation and involves reporting via PowerBi.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year scheduling experience in a high-volume technical customer support role.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Remote role; no relocation benefit; reside within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred.
• Experience handling large data sets; strong customer focus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage PM scheduling for the assigned service territory.
• Schedule PM work orders for CSEs and Vendors to maximize efficiency and contract compliance.
• Update PM reports and verify PM contract coverage in SAP.
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Supervisors, CSEs and other staff to drive PM completions.
• Partner with Sales and Contract representatives to obtain information or resolve issues.
• Access PowerBi dashboards and produce PM reports for distribution.
• Provide weekend phone coverage on a rotating basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
