Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking an Engineering Support Coordinator to join our Raleigh, NC team. You will coordinate engineering leadership meetings, manage calendars, and craft communications to keep the function aligned.

The role reports to the Engineering Director and supports onboarding, newsletters, and site-wide logistics. The position requires strong organizational skills, experience supporting senior leaders, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Supports senior leaders with calendar, meetings and communications.
• Creates newsletters, presentations and notes for leadership.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintains discretion with sensitive information.
• Works independently with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering leadership and meetings (in-person/virtual).
• Capture notes, decisions and due dates; distribute recaps.
• Manage calendars for Engineering Director and leaders; resolve conflicts.
• Develop annual engineering communication plan; define audiences and channels.
• Create and release monthly engineering newsletter and leadership updates.
• Onboard new hires and contractors; coordinate onboarding logistics.
• Support engagement events, town halls, and site visits.
