Eaton is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator for its ES AMER ESS division. This is a remote role, requiring you to be based in Raleigh, NC. You will proactively manage preventive maintenance work orders, coordinate scheduling with customers and engineers, and ensure contract compliance.

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of scheduling experience in a high volume technical customer support role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• This is a remote role with candidates based near Raleigh, NC.
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of PM scheduling for the assigned service territory.
• Schedule PM work orders for Customer Service Engineers and Vendors to maximize efficiency and ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain PM reports and verify PM contract coverage and site contacts in SAP.
• Collaborate with Area Managers, CSEs, and other staff to drive PM completions and compliance.
• Access PowerBi dashboards and generate PM reports for distribution to the territory.
• Provide weekend phone coverage on a rotation basis.
