Job summary

SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, delivering solar, storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide. The Labor Compliance Specialist will support prevailing wage compliance on projects and coordinate with project teams.

The role is a temporary assignment with terms set upon selection and is fully remote. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and experience with public works labor compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with Public Works Labor Compliance Programs or Project Labor Agreements.
• Experience with prevailing wage enforcement, analysis, and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of state labor regulations and construction industry practices.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Monitor certified payroll for internal self-perform projects and external subcontractors.
• Lead labor compliance across the organization and manage reviews of public/private contracts with labor requirements.
• Audit projects to ensure compliance and report findings to management.
• Develop risk assessments for Compliance Programs and stay updated on applicable laws.
