Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Prevailing Wage Administrator to manage compliance, payroll processing, and reporting across multiple states. This remote role supports GC Supervisors and legal/compliance teams, with responsibilities spanning fringe benefits, apprentice ratios, and contract wage verification.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related experience, strong knowledge of prevailing wage regulations, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Qualificações

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Progressive experience payroll, accounting and finance in industry or consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of Certified Payroll (California Prevailing Wage and Davis-Bacon) regulations and requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Apply understanding of prevailing wage laws to obtain and maintain compliance.
• Coordinate and track all prevailing wage projects.
• Monitor fringe benefit values and CPR reporting.
• Work with LCP Tracker or other software to complete certified payroll and other documents.
• Review subcontractor certification payroll registers and compliance documentation.
• Ensure government reporting deadlines are met.
