Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Prevailing Wage Administrator for a fully remote role. You will oversee compliance with prevailing wage laws, coordinate project payroll, and support GC supervision across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage regulations.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and public procurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Apply understanding of prevailing wage laws to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate and track all prevailing wage projects.
• Monitor fringe benefit values.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and data entry related to prevailing wage.
• Ensure timely processing of certified payroll in multiple states.
• Review subcontractors' payroll documentation.
• Maintain compliance spreadsheets.
• Work with payroll software to complete required documents.
• Assist with audits and provide data to legal/compliance teams.
• Ensure government reporting deadlines are met.
