Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is currently hiring a Customer Service Compliance Specialist. This remote role supports the full order lifecycle across Mountain and Pacific time zones, ensuring accurate order entry, contract compliance, and project setup while coordinating with Sales, Contracts Management, Credit, and Logistics.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in a fast-paced office, SAP experience preferred, and strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university.
• 3+ years' experience in a high-paced office environment.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone skills and customer service background.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Ability to solve problems and stay organized.
• Fluent in English with strong reading/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and inquiries about orders and status.
• Review purchasing documents and submit to Legal via OnBase for compliance validation.
• Obtain contract approvals and redlined agreements with Contracts Management.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable for vendor onboarding and verification.
• Collect pre-award documents including bonds, insurance certificates and W-9 forms.
• Conduct compliance reviews for new project setups to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Maintain and submit accurate General Contracting sales reports and daily order reports.
• Enter all orders into SAP on the same day they are received.
• Communicate order and shipment information to Sales reps and customers.
• Coordinate job site deliveries and logistics scheduling.
• Monitor order fulfillment for timely shipping and billing.
• Process product returns with necessary approvals.
• Verify discounted orders with approved Special Price Form.
• Issue credit memos within three business days of approvals.
• Maintain a customer service error rate of no more than 1%.
• Understand interfacing functions including Credit, Accounting, Inventory, Purchasing.
• Stay informed and compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with internal departments, Sales Reps, and customers.
• Complete special projects and reports accurately and timely.
