Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is hiring a remote Customer Service Compliance Specialist to support the Mountain and Pacific time zones. You will manage order entry, contract compliance, and project setup, collaborating with Sales, Contracts Management, Credit, and Logistics.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, data accuracy, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely and accurate documentation and pricing in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university.
• Office/Business support background with 3+ years’ experience in a high-paced office environment.
• Experience with SAP and a strong customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and inquiries related to orders, project setup, and status updates.
• Review customer purchasing documents and submit to Legal via OnBase for compliance validation.
• Coordinate with Contracts Management and field teams to secure contract approvals and redline agreements.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable for vendor onboarding and information verification.
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely shipping and billing.
• Issue credit memos within three business days of approvals.
• Maintain a customer service error rate of 1% or better.
