Motorola Solutions is seeking a Presales System Engineer Intern to work closely with our Communication Systems Engineers, designing radio solutions from concept to implementation and mentoring junior engineers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, product development, and project management across coverage, frequency planning, and system architecture, while developing professional and technical skills.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with expected graduation date on or after December 2027.
• US work authorization; employer sponsorship not available.
• Excellent communications skills; ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated; able to maintain focus in a pressured environment.
• Experience working with customers is desirable.
• Knowledge in radio systems, RF, wireless, and/or networking is desirable.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Amateur Radio/HAM are desirable.

Mansioni

• In cooperation with sales, product development, and project management, develop technical strategies and generate proposals for customers.
• Provide coordination with design and planning of customer solutions using advanced technologies and provide technical support during the pre-sales phase.
• Involves coverage and antenna site selection, frequency planning, interference analysis, system architecture design, equipment selection, proposal generation, and presentations to customers.
• Engaged in the implementation of these solutions as originally conceived.
• Take responsibility for all technical aspects from award to system acceptance.
• Includes implementation planning, system acceptance testing, coverage testing, and system staging.
• Keep sales professionals and customers up to date on Motorola Solutions and their offerings.
